Sales and Events Manager

We've come a long way since our founders Saiphin and Alex opened their first restaurant, but we still have the same goal; to be the best Thai restaurant group on the face of the earth. They couldn't afford new signing at their new restaurant in 2006 (formerly an East End worker Caffe), so retained the name over the door. "Rosa's Cafe" was re-born.

Fast forward to present day, and there are now over 40 Rosa's Thai Cafe's around the country; same goals, same values, same great tasting authentic Thai food.

We are now on the look out for someone to join our team in our brand new location in Bristol as a

SALES AND EVENTS MANAGER

You will be working closely with the General Manager and the Ops Manager representing Rosa’s contacting local business /social groups and all other local associations gaining prospective new customers and seeing them through their journey with us, you will also be required to manage reception on key shifts greeting customers and again ensuring there journey with us is a great one.

You will also be required to do weekly updates to your line managers with detailed report on activity /follow up and feedback.
