WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Someone with a strong experience of cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilising a wok......
Ideally a minimum of 1 year working as a line chef in a casual or fast paced branded or premium Asian influenced restaurant

Experience preferred, but not essential –

You will be:

Working on the wok station making noodle, stir fry and curry dishes
Preparing and cooking authentic Thai food food for both eat in and takeaway orders
