George (Head Chef) joined our Soho team as a KP after moving from Romania, and quickly found a family who helped him learn about all things Thai. After moving up to line chef, he took the leap of moving and opening a new site with his Head Chef Anthony, where he trained as a Wok Chef under his guidance. Since then George has flourished, moving up the ranks and becoming a Head Chef in his own right at our new Kings Cross restaurant.
Palm (Marketing Assistant) joined Rosa's in 2013 as a Team Member at our Spitalfields branch. Loved by staff and customers, Palm's zest for life is infectious. She juggled her time at Rosa's with her amazing second life as a freediver and always has a good story to tell! Palm moved into Rosa's support office, initially working in the People Team in HR and Recruitment, before successfully becoming our Marketing Assistant where her storytelling and photography skills are put to use every day.
